🪅 Let's Celebrate Home Ownership 🪅
With heartfelt gratitude, we share that St. Joseph Housing Initiative (SJHI) has sold its first home in Baden. New homeowner Gwen closed on her home December 1, 2024. This makes the 14th home renovated and sold by SJHI to first-time homebuyers of low and moderate income. Even more exciting, our second home in Baden is set to close before the end of 2024, and the third home in early 2025. Expanding to Baden has fulfilled a long-held dream to bring SJHI's mission to North St. Louis. We celebrate these new homebuyers in their journey, look forward to more projects and collaboration within this community, and thank those who have helped SJHI bring this work of Helping Homeownership Happen to Baden.
